DELIVERY POLICY
- Delivery of orders is between GMT 9:00 am – GMT 4:00 pm
- Orders after GMT 4:00 pm will be processed and delivered the next day.
- Please kindly check the availability status before you add any item to your cart. We have the following availability status: a. in stock b. out of stock c. next day d. next week e. call
- Items received by the customer cannot be returned after the dispatch officer has left the customer’s premises.
- Customers are advised to inspect their ordered items in the presence of the dispatch officer. Suppose it happens that some of the items are unwholesome. In that case, the dispatch officer will call the office and inform the sales & marketing team. The sales & marketing department will engage the customers for a replacement or refund.
- Items with availability status ‘in stock’ shall be delivered within 24 hours.
- For some items, the image shown on the Makana market may differ slightly from what the customer will receive because of their fragile nature due to storage and weather conditions.
