RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Items that the customer receives cannot be returned. No. However, the customer should inspect and ensure that what was ordered is the same as what was delivered before our dispatch officer leaves
  • Goods sold are not returnable. Makana Market is into fresh produce and kept under proper, safe, hygienic conditions; thus, we sell only fresh produce. However, we strongly advise that the customer should inspect the product on delivery together with our dispatch officer before the officer leaves
  • You will receive your order within 24 hours based on our delivery schedule.
  • We also advise making orders as early as possible to avoid delays.
  • Customers are advised to inspect their ordered items in the presence of the dispatch officer. Suppose it happens that some of the items are unwholesome. In that case, the dispatch officer will call the office and inform the sales & marketing team. The sales & marketing department will engage the customers for a replacement or refund.
